A large part of our work is within the personal injury arena. Most enquiries are regarding tracing the assets of of potential defendents in personal injury cases.

It is important to establish that the defendant has the capacity to honour any successful judgement.

We will discuss with you the likely value of the judgement and will then continue to investigate the assets of your enquiry until we reach that value.

Our agent has over 20 years experience tracing assets internationally, providing Director and Company reports, due diligence and complex offshore investigations.

To give an idea of eventual costs, a simple enquiry can cost as little as £300+VAT. If we are investigating considerable assets or complex offshore arrangements the cost can go into tens of thousands.

We would recommend setting an initial budget. We will then work to this, provide an interim report and this should give you enough information to decide whether to allocate more funds.
